The Filianic rosaries are made with five decades, or set of ten, smaller beads, and one larger bead in between the decades. Most people opt to have some sort of medallion on it as well. The image below demonstrates this:
Past descriptions and notes of the original Madrian rosaries included colored beads to match the mysteries of each decade, and a medallion of the Daughter and one of the Mother were on it as well. An example is below:
You can opt to purchase an already made rosary, and then modify it from there, or you can make your own. There are several tutorials online, from wire and bead rosaries to simple knotted ones made from nylon rope. Whatever will work best for you, that is what is the best choice for you.
